Test library and folders

The workspace test library is the inventory for Simulation, Next Reply, and Tool Invocation tests. It combines folders and tests in one browsable surface so teams can organize reusable checks without attaching every test to every Agent.

Browse and filter#

Use search to match test and folder names. Filter by test type or show items explicitly shared with you. A folder view returns its direct children; nested contents remain inside their folders. Results use cursor pagination, so use Load more instead of assuming the first page is the complete library.

The selected sort mode and filters are part of the cursor. Restart from the first page after changing search, type, parent folder, sharing mode, or sort order. This prevents pages from two different queries being combined.

Organize safely#

Folders can be nested and renamed. A bulk move accepts between 1 and 100 test or folder identifiers and one destination. The service rejects cycles, including moving a folder inside its own descendant. Folder names are unique within the same parent, but the same name can exist under different parents.

Moving a folder does not change access to tests inside it. Permissions belong to each test, not to the folder tree. A private test does not become visible because its parent folder is visible.

Delete deliberately#

Deleting an empty folder is straightforward. Deleting a populated folder requires an explicit recursive choice and is a dashboard-session operation. Recursive deletion soft-deletes managed tests and descendants; it does not erase immutable revisions or prior invocation evidence. Review the selected subtree before confirming.

For authoring and permissions, continue to Create, edit, and share tests. For selecting a folder as a run input, see Attach and run tests. The corresponding API operations are grouped under Agent test folders.
